Terms of Use

1. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY : In order to be a member of HRInflux.com, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as required in the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. We do not screen all the contents provided by the member and do not assure any obligations to monitor the contents.

You may not use the HRInflux.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, graphics, and links and other content ("Materials") that you submit, post, and display on the HRInflux.com service.

2. INDEMNIFICATION : Each user indemnifies Confluence Technologies, its officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any loss, cost or expense, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the service.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE, MEMBERSHIP POLICIES: Confluence Technologies reserves the right to change the terms of services or policies regarding the use of the service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms of services on the web site HRInflux.com. Be sure to review this Agreement periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version

4. RIGHT TO BLOCK SERVICES : Confluence Technologies hereby reserves the right to remove, reclassify, recategorise or block access to any particular services at any time for any reason or no reason at all and Confluence Technologies would not be liable to any users for any such action.

5. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY : Confluence Technologies will not be liable to user for any damages of any kind for any reason including direct, indirect without limitation and consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement, the site or services.

6. LINKS : HRInflux.com provides links to the other web sites, but it has no control over the items or services of those sites, and Confluence Technologies is no way responsible for the advertisements, products or other materials on those sites. Confluence Technologies is not responsible or liable for any damages or losses caused by or in connection with the use of any of those sites.

7. TERMINATION : Either Confluence Technologies or you may terminate your access by cancelling your membership at any time for any reason or for no reason at all, by sending the notice of termination to the other party. Confluence Technologies may terminate any user in the following cases:
a) The user submits any false information to HRInflux.com
b) The user breaches any provisions of this agreement. If Confluence Technologies terminates your membership, you will not have the right to re-enroll or join HRInflux.com under a new account or name unless formally invited to do so as are determined by Confluence Technologies.
       In case of termination of your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

8. MEMBERS LIMITATIONS : As a member of HRInflux.com you may not use this site or its services to do any of the following : Submit, list, transmit any material (including items or services) or upload that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, threatening, torturous or harassing. Falsify or delete any information or material appearing on the site. Copy or modify any information on the site. Stalk or harass another individual or group or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international laws, status or regulations.

9. PAYMENT : The payment made for paid services of HRInflux.com once subscribed to by the subscriber is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. The amount paid entitles the subscriber alone to the service by HRInflux.com for a period of subscription opted for from the date of up-linking of the resume on the website HRInflux.com or such other mirror or parallel site(s) as HRInflux.com may deem fit and proper but such web host shall be without any extra cost to the subscriber / user. HRInflux.com will commence providing such services only upon receipt of amount / charges upfront either from subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber.

10. All levies or impositions by way of taxes and duties by central / state or local government or authorities shall be payable extra by the member if levied by any authority in future.

11. HRInflux.com is the property of Confluence Technologies.

12. Any dispute arising will be subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.

13. HRInflux.com would not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, and particulars supplied by subscribers due to loss of connectivity or technical problems

14. This subscription is not transferable i.e. it is for the same person throughout the period of subscription.

15. HRInflux.com has the right to make all such modifications/editing of resume in order to fit the resume in its database.
