1.Tell name first,then which place u belong to,your qualification,if working somewhere,family background.

2.Tell according to your current CTC.

3.Strength:Tell your +ve attitude which will be beneficial for the employeer.
Weakness:Don't say -ve attitude which will create -ve impresssion on intervieweer.

Yes Deepa is right but you should always keep in mind that you must maintain eye contact with the panel, right through the interview. This shows your self-confidence and honesty.
Many interviewees while answering, tend to look away, this conveys your fear & lack of confidence.

Whenever asked to introduce yourself always say things that are important to you and to the company.
For instance, your name, educational qualification, work experience(including your job profile), computer proficiency and hobbies.
Quote the salary expectation according to your currentCTC.
Express your true self whenever asked about your strengths and as far as your weakness is concerned then mention some which can be overlooked.
