Please let us know what action can be taken on a male employee for using abusive language for any female employee on a continuous basis.

Tell him to leave the job

Very simple report the matter to your senior management and wait for their decision.

1st Tight Slap, then Complain to top management.

Complain to the management of your organisation.

Its improper to use abusive language by anyone in the office.
If a male employee is continously using abusive language to a female employee then she can complaint
about this to the seniors and se to it that strict action is taken against him

I agree with Ms. Viveka. But I also feel abusive language for a female as well as male is not right.
There has to be a reason why the person keeps abusing unless he is a maniac.

There must be some fault in the female only if the male is abusing continously everyone knows that men are short-tempered.

Mr.Bruce, abusing a colleague of yours is a highly disgusting act.
Secondly,just because you are male it does noy mean that you have the rights to abuse your female colleagues.
Its not necessary that the female has to be always at fault and its not good to loose your temper to an extent that you start abusing your colleagues.
And the next keep in mind the office etiqttes before you loose your temper.

One has to maintain the decorum of the office.

some what i agree with zainab also,but there has to be something wrong with the girl as well,thts the reason the male must be abusive.

I am not agreed with Mr Roger.Might be possible tht there is something wrong with the girl , but who has given right to male to tlk to her like tht. if he has a problem with a girl they can complaint to the senior and if the girl is having problem, she too should approach to her superiors.

He should be strictly warned...and if he continues to do so...some very strict action (including termination) should be taken..otherwise the whole working environment of the company would be spoiled.

When a girl is facing problem from male..n she complains to managment....tht male is removed from the post without any furthur inquiry
But whn a male is faing problem from a girl..n he complains to managment...he is told tht jane de yaar...ladki hain or choor na tunne kuch kiya honga..(this has happend in a company where i worked before)
