Career confusion...
I am currently pursuing a PGDHRM, I have no prior experience in HR. The faculties have given me a feedback that I am a good orator, and have the potential of becoming a good trainer. Now I am confused that whether to take up a HR job after this course or pursue a course in training.

I agree with deepa. You should go for a course in HR rather than Training. As HR would provide you with a wide perspective. Training just an aspect of HR.

If you want to become a training expert, have an experience in HR for atleast 2 years, understand the processes and functioning and then use your experience to prepare training modules and enter the training domain

I completely agree with deepa and younus.
The best part is that you are a good orator and very few people are gifted with this skill. You can utilise your talent in the best possible way in HR field because noy only kowledge is important but also your way of expression.
