Resume Duplication issues
Nowadays, every company or consultant work on job portals. So, the chances of duplication of resumes are very high.

How can we avoid all this? Pls suggest some new methods for the same.

Re: Resume Duplication issues
Its first come first serve basis, hence you need to hunt for the candidate first before someone else grabs the opportunity.

Secondly you can also get into headhunting and hunt for passive job-seekers, because these type of job-seekers usually do not upload their resume online nor do they float their resume to any consultant.

You should go ahead with maximum Refrences instead of using the portal & Headhunting is also a very good option.....
