Framing a HR Policy....
I have recently joined a company where in there is no HR policy put up. Infact this is the first time this company has opted for HR setup. Therefore I have been given the responsibilities like framing a HR policy, preparation of joining kit for the new joinees, design an appraisal system and so on. As I am new to this kind of profile, I need your suggestion as to how should I go about framing an HR policy. Also I need to define KRAs and KPIs for each and every position.

Safety Policy
Workplace Security Policy
Dress Code Policy
Smoking Policy
