Hi I wanted to know why corporate games are so important today? Whenever we organise certain games there are a few employees who are reluctant to participate due to certain reseaons like "a lot of pending work" or "not in the mood" etc.

Kindly advise what can be done in this case? My seniors are tightening the screws as to why employees do not participate?

yeah it is good for refreshment purpose for the employees.

yes i feel it is important becoz the employees can be more interactive which eachother and you get to learn alot from eachother you also get to know eachothers perceptions in various things.

AND THE SENIORS ARE THE JUDGES OF THAT COMPANY......

Corporates games are a source of refereshment. Due to lots of work pressure its difficult to get leaves.
So corporate games can be benificial.
