He likes to ask questions? Does he want to hear opinions or just your suggestions? How he wants to communicate by e-mails, phones or in person?

Try to get an opinion of your boss, co-workers, and customers about the work done by you. Ask them if they like or dislike your work and request for a rating.
Put forth your issues on time:
Employees are free to disagree when anything wrong is going on. They should know when to voice their opinion and when to keep their mouth shut.
Accept your mistake:
If you make some mistake, accept it and not argue. Try and solve it as soon as possible.
Try to sort out with your enemy:
Go out for lunch and discuss about your problem. If that does not work then go let people know that you have an issues with such and such person and let them help you both.
Earn the credit for your work:
You should always be prepared to answer whenever anyone ask you about your work and request them for a feedback on your work and earn credit for your own work.
Work hard:
People whose eyes are always on clock and want to leave before completing the required work is disliked by the manager.
Learn useful material:
Read articles, attend programmes related to work and hone your skills your talent. In case you are asked to leave the company, you still have the skills which will get you a new job.
