Conduct The Interview

Prepare your own agenda and know where your interview need heading. This will help you to move confidently in your interview from one question to another. Always remember many interviewer are also uncomfortable like you. They just want to fill the position nothing else. Remember the following things while interview:

1.Enthusiasm and eye contact: Maintain eye contact and give interesting expressions, this shows your enthusiasm. Nodding head again and again, excessive body movement can irritate the interviewer.

2.Listening skills: First listen to the interviewer and then ask question about the interviewer is telling you. Many interviewer are surprised when you ask question like, “How can I help you to solve the problem, you have said just now?”

3.Communication skills: you must have good communication skills and articulate speech are essential. If in such area you are weak, then work on it. Practice with your family or in front of mirror, record your voice etc. Do such practice to make yourself perfect.

4.Don't say negative things about your previous job or employers. No matter how bad and rude your last boss and employees were, you get to learn learn from such experience. Focus on positive things with a slight smile.

5.Don't forget to write thank you note to everyone you met in the company. Your most important letter should go to the interviewer and make sure you write your conversation and skills you can get to the position. Finally thank them to invest their time in taming interview.
