1.Use different varieties of activities: To get the best results, regularly provide them with variety of performance management and training activities, coaching, group training and presentations, etc. Done in right manner, these activities results good, rather than doing it individually.
2.Stop the activities that is of no value: Keep yourself be ready to eliminate any activities which does not have any contribution towards the goals of the organization. High priority should be given to performance management and training, not for their own benefits but to get good results out of it.

Make sure that whatever you are training or managing are clearly understand by your employees. Agree with them where you both think that it can be helpful in achieving goals. It is easy in case of simple sales targets. Another times expected changes and outcomes can be broad, for example managing in a small business where employees have various roles to be performed. To get best result you have to be very specific about what you want to achieve.
6.Stick with smart goals: Make sure the goals which you select for your self and your employees should be smart. Smart means it should be specific, so that it can be discussed. Measurable, so that you know when it has been achieved. Realistic, because you want to achieve your goals. Time limit, so that you can consider when you have to complete.
