The important discussion in todays business is how research give us information about the role of human resource professionals should play in ethics management. Maximum research suggest that management ethics depend more on employee fairness perception, ethical leadership at every level, and mix of all formal as well as informal culture to support the ethic, and less on formal ethics.

Research has found that fairness perceptions for employees is equally important than all the factors related to ethics outcomes. Fair treatment is so important because unfair treated employees is harmful to the organisation. Employees who gets for treatment will help the management. To make sure that every employees are treated fairly, it is necessary to have an HR system. Required changes should be made according to the results of the surveys.

Leadership ethics plays very important role in ethical workplace. It is a fact that employees are have moral agents who can lead themselves when required. Research shows that many employees give guidance to others in ethical dilemma situations. If this leadership and guidance is not given by the leaders of the organisation, employees will take it from someone else specially from their friends.

Ethical leadership according to the research is the one who cares, listen to the employees and take interest in the matter of employees related to work. While making decision he/she ask, what is the right thing to do?
