The employees are the only strength behind any successful business. We can say this with full confidence.

Many CEO have complains regarding the bonus given to the employees on festivals and various other occasions. They feel that, what do they get in return? They don\'t get any bonus.

But what they think is wrong, because many a times employers do not realise that their employees are the heart and soul of the company. A satisfied and motivated employees will always give his best to the company.

Lets see some ways in which you can motivate your employees:

1.Interact: Communicate with your employees on daily basis. Listen to them and then try to understand their needs and discuss their problem. Try to solve their problem as early as possible.

2.Appreciate: Encourage employees at every step, it increase their self-confidence to move ahead. As the employees remember the harsh words, they remember appreciation too.

3.Performance appraisal: The boss or the manager should take out some time for performance appraisals exercises. Some company take it on regular basis basis. This proves very beneficial because the management come to know about the issues and needs of the employees. Once they know all these things, they start solving those issues at the earliest.

4.Table discussions: Allow your employees to participate in giving their ideas and opinions. Conduct team wise meeting and share company goals and objectives with them.

5.Pay them fairly: Pay the employees which they actually deserve and they should also be happy to work for what you are paying.
