There are three faces for providing a good customer service. Each of them has been explained in details below:

The Good. The stores must try to greet their customers always with a smile. They should also have a friendly attitude towards them and must ensure to the customers that they will be given the products after discount. You may simply say that “actually the product is for 10$ but I am giving it to you for 8$”. This technique proves to be very conducive to attract the customers. The store holder may offer the same scheme for all, but it keeps the customer satisfied and he keeps coming again.

The Bad. Through good customer service, even distorted situations can be made stable. you may have experienced at times that you order for a particular product and the staff member lands up giving you something else only. It may so happen that you go to a restaurant and your order may get delivered to some one else and you get the wrong order. But if good customer service is offered to you, you will well appreciate it.

The Disgusting. In the similar manner, even the worst situations can be taken care of through good customer service. For example, if you have rented a car for with four doors to travel to California. But when you reach to the rental shop, you come to know that four door car has been already sold. You get very upset and frustrated. But through good customer service, the representative gets you an alternative for the same like a convertible without any extra payment. Thus, a very disgusting situation can be taken care of very well. Therefore, in any case, or any sort of miserable situation, a good customer service can be very helpful to sort out the situations.
