No logos, but headlines at the top!
Sometimes, the managers have a misconception that big logos will make their ad look more attractive. You ad must have been viewed by your friends and they may have commented on it, but the fact is that no one else even bothers about it. It is actually the headline which will catch their attention which will be important for them.

Less is more.
You should not think that since you are paying a lot for your ad to get a big space, that you should fill in unlimited and extra information in it. Most of the times, people will find some of the lines to be very overcoming and if the ad is too small, then they do not find any interest in reading it. Try to keep it as easy as you can and very specific as well. Its not that if you are providing with many services, so you should describe all of them in details.

What next?
The people should have a reason to react to your ad. This is known as “call to action”. But the most effective way is to provide with some special time limited offers. In short, the main point is that your prospects should know what you expect them to do next, as, if they are reaching this part of an ad, they should show some interest towards it.

Use pictures but not too many.
You must keep in mind certain points when you are using a picture in your ad.
- avoid putting any text on the picture because it the picture to become unclear for the viewer.
- if you are putting any product picture, then see to it that it should be of a product which is being used presently.
- do not use pictures which are related to your ad and have no connection with the others.

Becoming creative.
When you are to use fonts and colours, try to use a simple white background with the text in black. This makes the text easy to understand and at the same time, very effective as well. When you are using colourful backgrounds, see to it that text can be clearly seen over it. So in short, avoid using stylish fonts etc, for which people will have to put extra efforts to read and this will make them refrain from reading the text. Along with that remember not to use more than one font style as it will make the text look very disorganized.
