Between recruiters and candidates
Candidate should refer the clients for interview only on job openings, for which at least verbal authority should be given to the candidates.
Recruiters should give appropriate information to the candidates about the duties, employment, working hours, benefits and salary and many more.
Care should be taken when the candidate refer to the employers/clients, specially the candidates who are engaged in illegal business practices.
All the charges should clearly disclosed to the candidates, before take any services. Any kind of monetary obligation including interest charges should given in written agreement and copy of which should be given to the candidates.
Information available about teh candidates should be used only to find the employment for candidates. Confidential information should used only when needed.
Between recruiters and clients
The recruiter need to give employment record of candidate, qualification, and expected salary to the clients/employers accurately.
Confidential information related to clients, which is given to the recruiter to find the job requirement should be treated carefully.
In absence of an agreement, a recruiter are not allowed to recruit the candidates who are still employed by the company where they have been placed by the recruiter\'s firm. They can recruit such candidates only if they request to find a new employment.
Direct mails, bulletins and presenting resumes of candidates to the employers shows that the candidates are bona fide.
