Public Place Interview

Don\'t get surprised if you are asked to give interview on the public place because this method is used frequently. It does not matter that how an employee find the public place for interview if the employer is comfortable with it. Sometimes the employer conduct the interview out of workplace just because he wants to hide from his other employees. So the employee need to prepare himself for all possible situation. Here are some tips on public space interview, so that you come know how to prepare and act for such interview:

Before the interview:

1.Prepare as of you are going for a normal job interview, collect information about the company. Prepare yourself with the answers of all common question asked during interview.

2.Confirm the time and location for interview and also ask him how you will recognize the interviewer.

3.Don\'t forget to ask the dressing code. Does not matter if the interview takes place at casual place, but dress yourself in professional manner.

4.Carry two or three copies of your resume, and also carry your portfolio, pad and pen to take down the notes.

During the interview

1.Keep a watch on your resume. Let the interviewer decide to order from the menu. Prefer something simple and esay to eat.never order expensive stuff, because usually it is the interviewer who pays.

2.Sit straight and speak properly, do not keep your elbows on the table and avoid alcohol. May be the interview prove frustrating for you but do not show it.

3.As the interview s conducted at public place, noise is expected. Customers coming in and out, coming and going of staff. It is very difficult situation but try to focus on interviewer as much as possible.

After the interview

The public place is unorganised as compared to the office place, do not forget to leave a thank you note to the interviewer. By saying thank you you can find your status.
