What Motivates you?, is also one of the important question which depends on your background and past experience. It can put you in serious problem if you don\'t think about it before interview. Conveying the things from which you are satisfied in your job will not help you much, but it will help you when you divert your focus on what you expect from your next job.

It requires lot of efforts and long meetings, but we achieved our target and successfully introduced a terrific marketing campaign. This experience was really motivating.
This shows that the candidates is very dedicated and like to think broadly being a part of team. He also like to take up the challenges and work good along with pressure and time limit.

Expressing thoughts in writing will help you to remember the time when you were energize in your work, the time when you think to go ahead in your work.
