The recruiters should have knowledge about each and every business, they should find the best person and place them in the position available with them. Problem comes in recession time, because that time you have the perfect candidate available but you don't have job. So selecting the right candidate for right job becomes very difficult for the recruiters.

Apart from this, there is a lot of competitions among various placement agencies and HR teams. Nobody wants to leave their job and every want to give their best to the company. This can be a problem while finding the right candidate, the recruiters have to overcome this problem.

The recruiters need to keep themselves updated with changes which take place. Day by day it is becoming difficult to recruit and select the right person.

The recruiters can also face the problem of lack of motivation during such situation. This can also be overcome just like other problems.
