There are certain strategies made by the organisation to deal with problems related to the people of the organisation. And many times such strategies are made by the people who create the problem. Such things prov the failure of HR people who cause the problem- they palce wrong person in the wrong job. The more you talk to companies about their business and problems related to their people, you get shock to know that they are not paying attention on right recruitment process. If the right candidate is hired for the right position and at the right time. Base of the business and many other benefits becomes possible and tangible. If the wrong person is taken, than they hinder the culture and productivity very badly.

Still many organisation do not give any importance to the recruitment process. Many companies fail to give necessary support and funds require to make the recruitments effective. In many cases recruiters themselves are not suitable for their position.

It is necessary that the manager and executive should intelligent, emotionally strong, skilled person etc. They should have the ability to understand the people and select the right person for right position. But it is very difficult to have all the qualities both in managers and recruiters.
