How To Represent Respect At Workplace

For every employees the most important thing at their workplace is respect and dignity. Everybody needs atleast little respect. You should give them respect. Let see what is respect and how it is demonstrated?

Respect can give with simple but powerful actions. This will help you to avoid needless, insensitive, disrespect too.

• Treat them politely, and kindly.

• Encourage your co-workers to express their views and ideas.

• Listen to them before expressing your view points. Never speak too much that it cut off another person.

• Ask your people to give their ideas to change or improve work. Let your people know that their idea has been used, encourage them to come up with new ideas everytime.

• Never insult them, never put them down infront of every one.

• Do not criticize them for every little things, and judge them every time.

• Treat all the people same without differentiating them on their race, religion, gender or country of origin. Make policies and procedures equal so they feel that they are treated fairly and equally. Treating them differently can destroy the environment of your company.

• Include your employees in all your activity like meetings, discussions, training and events. Is is not possible for every person to participate in each and every activities, do not leave or exclude any of them out. Give equal opportunity to every one to participate in committees.

• Praise them constantly instead of criticizing them. Every employees should have praise and recognition among them as well as their supervisors.
