3.Be profitable: Find out what is the impact of your work on the company whether it is profitable or cut costs, or both. If you need help you can ask your co-workers, freinds, or even your boss. Let your boss know about the improvement made by you and your contribution towards botton line. This make your boss understand that how much essential you are.

4.Make you own performance: Arrogance are not appreciated by anyone, but saying nothing about your job performance and contributions not fair at this time. Your boss should know every step of your to move the company forward like delay in making the project, have a great call with clients, train someone about your new skills or improve your output.
