Teamwork Is Important For Success Of Organization


Many people think that teamwork is essential for operating business. Many business survivals depend on it. The nature of the team may be changing but the benefits and underlaying nature do not change. The team are becoming complex day by day. There are some discussions highlighted in teamwork.

  • In medium size organization, responsibilities are assigned to team members from different departments of the organization. Because they have formal position for particular function, they create a successful committee structure. This proves that the responsibility and accountability for these important function is shared between a number of people.

  • In technology based companies, implementation of products and services for different clients need different parts of the organization to provide services. But for each of them project team is different, depend upon their expertise.

  • In other companies, staff work with different teams at the same time. In one year, the number of projects can reach upto two to five, depending upon the current assignments of the clients.

These team structure have additional structure of formal organizational unit where team member recites. The functional aspects of their position is completed by the teamwork along with their colleagues in the same organization unit.

The demands of the organization is heavy under such organization. Communication is also complicated under such situations. They demand for good team work. Many important projects are depending on them.
