2.Create good network: There is large network of people who are thinking about learning organizations. You can get in touch with them very easily. Some people cannot believe how you talked to them and asks you how you did that? The answer is very simple, I called him.
3.Document your own learning: Organization people want to see your documentation for their comfort. The best thing you can do is creating ideas from leading thinkers. We have thinking in two categories – the tool for learning organization and the pitfalls to avoid.
4.No fear: You need to keep yourself fearless. And also don\'t worry about your job.
5.Keep learning new things yourself: Change agent should love to learn and keep on learning new things themselves. Then they find some new things to communicate those things for the whole organization.
6.Laugh when it hurts: This is very discouraging work to do. For this you need to have good sense of humor. You can feel when something is not going well within yourself.
7.Know everything properly before changing anything: If you are just a theorist you cannot do this work. You have to be a sales representative and working with marketing job. Work something creative to change your strategy. Because you already have knowledge about the people in your organization.
8.Complete what you start: You make a list of changes in project you started and you never complete them in past.
