3)Be respectable and trustworthy: If you commit to do something for them, fulfill it at any cost. If you does not fulfill what you committed, than you will damage their trust and respect.

Ensure them that you are one who listen to their concern, and you will keep their matters confidential. Follow the rules of the company strictly and do your work ethically.
