Advices Which Is Used Or Unsed
HR units and trainers are moving upon each other and doing great work to give advice to people so they can improve themselves, execute their job better and like the working environment with success. But they achieve very little. Here are some suggestion:
Communicate well
what make you think that you cannot communicate well? You should be confident that you have clarity in communication. You speak good language and your grammar is also correct. Everyone says me that, what else is needed. Than you think you are not persuasive. You can prove by those client who are quite happy with you. You can adopt and try effective communication skills.
Think beyond three steps
Everything in life depends in team efforts and many people don\'t give their 100 percent. If things are not moving well, than you are not only the person to bear it.
Try to keep it simple and short
Have you tried any technique on your own?, we all work to do our job. They have right to know what they are doing and they are equally responsible for it. But the main problem is that they never do it.
Keep high spirit
You have to keep yourself highly spiritual and achieve your goals. The advisor is not responsible for that. Working with the team whom you don\'t like and there you have all responsibility but no authority.
Building a team
You have many choices in life. You have choice between boss and your team . It is easy to say few words that mean nothing. It show that you have read few books and become a trainer but only with little experience.
