Sometime you feel that you are missing out some important information while writing your resume. Don\'t worry! Problems cam be solved easily if you have a creative mind, hence result come out in great resume.
Problem-1: Unable to find the clear objectives. Than think about these aspects:
What unique performance if you have in your job?
Did you achieved any unexpected target?
Did you do something which stands you over the others for your creative and dedicated work?
Do you have any special feature that your co-workers will remember you and miss you after you leave.
Find out answer for all the above questions and build a clear image that what you can do for the company, you are interested in. Then, use that idea in your objective.
Problem-2: Don\'t have experience for the position you are applying for, but you know that you can do it. Or you don\'t have recent experience about this position. You can overcome this problem by taking any short-term or temporary position that will help you to gain the knowledge or skills needed. Or may be you need to adjust perception of your experience.Listen to your work history rather than listening your employment history.
Problem-3: You have so-so job title from a long term job, in which you need to perform duties that would normally be performed in more impressive title. What to do for this problem? Make your title more accurate and fair. Another way to overcome this problem is to highlight your skills and accomplishment rather than work history.
Problem-4: Is there any gap or area of unemployment in your work history. Try out all the possible work history, paid, parenting, schooling, etc. Use the format of some functional resume and focus on skills and achievements.Or use years to fill the gaps instead of months.
