Certain researches states that exercise build brainpower.

HEART hear means emotions and relationship. Leaders often estimate the impact of their emotional behavior on others in the organization. Leaders face certain unexpected personal or professional demands which require to draw up their emotional intelligence to handle their emotions. Maintaining, supporting, and renewing relationship is very important.

HEAD hear means practices. Because practices builds the perspective of a person. Maximum time of leaders is spend in running behind their work and they fail to achieve the bigger picture of their goal. It is necessary to know when to deal with daily tactical, focus on project-oriented, and vision-oriented view. Making it a habit and keeping reminders can help.

WHOLE mean leaders should always have some or the other purpose. To meet and grow our resources of energy is a heartfelt commitment for the leaders. Leaders always remind themselves whenever they go out about their work.
