Listening: A leader must listen carefully to understand the employees attitudes and motivators. Ask some questions to your employees to know about them. Listen them carefully when they response to your questions to understand their motivation, body language and issues. Allow them to speak their issues and offer them with solution with corporate issues.

Enthusiasm: Every employees want to be motivated. This can be done through positive energy and commitment. For employees, leaders personal problems and work pressures does not matter. They only think about them. In every situation good or bad, you should always express a positive attitude.

Awareness: There are some issues which are non-verbal. Leaders must be sharp enough to understand whether the employees are happy, frustrated, or tired. You must recognize the issue quickly to keep harmony in your organization.

Decisive: Every employees in the organization want quick and meaningful replies. Leaders should not delay, they must take the decisions quickly and find the solutions immediately.

Equal: Leaders should treat his employees equally. They do not treat them on the basis of age, title or religion. Leaders understand that each and everyone in the organization is equal.

Reward: Adults employees desires more than money with work. They need to get appreciation for a job done by them. In todays marketplace, even if they are happy, they still look for more contentment from their current job.

Positive communication: Communication should be positive and meaningful that creates loyalty and mutual exchange of ideas and attitudes. Leaders should communicate in positive manner whether it is good or bad time.
