Simple Ways To Manage Changes


If you and your organization are facing tremendous changes. You have many choices in front of you like assume it is not happening and run away, let someone else to arrange it, etc. Or you can manage your change in the following ways:

1.Accept the changes: Change is natural in everyones life. Just like that change is essential for the foundation of a business in the first place, but at the same time it is essential for the business later on. We must accept the changes because nothing remains the same. After a particular period of time every thing goes under changes and we have to accept it.

2.Think broadly: Try to find the hardest things and get the right one. Those who run the business by listening three type of employees: new candidates because they have not enter into the corporate world yet, young people because they have many new ideas and opinions, and those who are on the edge because they are much closer to the change.

3.Let the business run in the way it going: Whether you know that the way to the future is tricky. But its not difficult, if you look it closely and without any attachment to the way you want them to go.

4.Let go of your attachments: Looking at the changes and the needs for changes is sometimes much than doing it. It is like the blocks that comes in the way. The most basic blocks are the attachment which we hold on and on from the past. Those three attachments are:

  • Attachments which makes you feel safe and sound like status, designation, old skills etc.

  • Attachment which gives you strength, such as titles, a position that enables you to reward and punish.

  • Attachments that makes you feel good, like others need you, depend on you etc.

5.Share your ideas: Learning new ways is one of the best way to manage your change. In other words you can say learning together. Share your ideas with everyone in the organization.

So follow the simple changes above and manage your changes easily and successfully. Nothing is difficult about change, change is also a part of life and we all have to face it.
