How To Introduce New System


If the organization want to introduce any new system for the first time.For example if the company has done research on counselling their employees,first it should be done in one department.And if this process succeeds,then you can apply it for the whole company.For introducing new system the following four steps should be taken:

1.Generate Awareness: For introducing new system in the company creating awareness is the first step.Awareness can be created by many ways,the most common among them is postures and notice boards.This is necessary because more than half people in the company are not aware about the counsellor.

2.Education:Educating the employees include some formal training about the new process to be introduced on informal channels.Every company prefers a systematic and planned approach.

3.Motivation:After the above two steps,the next step is to motivate them as per the required attitude and values of the process.Especially when you are introducing a process like employees counselling,the mind of every employees should play a important role in influencing the success or failure.

4.Action:It is very common that actions speaks louder than words.If the above three steps are successfully achieved, then this step will automatically reach to positive result.

By following these steps the company can successfully introduce the new system.Along with the company it is also beneficial for the employees too.
