1.Be kind: No matters how you speak, try to give out true thoughts and attitudes. You always have two choices while communication i.e; love and fear. If your communication is covered with blame, threat, anger, worry, or control, you are definately communicating fear. When your communication is covered with respect, appreciation, acceptance, or joy, you are definately communicating love. If you don\'t understand the above difference, always be kind while communication, because it is the easiest way to communicate.

2.Be alert about your effects on there: Many people take communication as a battle. They use the language to criticize and attract others. They want to win this battle and use their words as weapons. Rude words can hurt the people. That is why it is important to know how your words effect others and to adjust them accordingly.

3.Emphasize the positive: Masterful communication does not just depend on getting your message across what the other person is trying to say to you. It goes into deep. Such communication makes people feel better than they did. They says something valuable to other person and appreciate other persons. This happens when communication is about the people and not just about the words.

4.Know when to shut up: Have you ever attended a meeting at workplace, you will come to know how difficult it is to say nothing. Many people just attend the meeting to talk the things even if it is not relevant and has already discussed. Talking is one of the way to impress. The best communication are those who speak little but relevant and they know when to shut up.

5.Avoid interruption: If you have ever listen a conversation between two people, than you must have noticed that, instead of building one on top of others, many people talk over one another. It looks like a contest more than a dialogue. Very rarely you come to see that people listening quietly until the other has stopped speaking. And even rare to hear people asking for clarification and help with understanding. Listening others communication is the best way to mark real communication expert.

6.Avoid gossip: Gossip is the harmful way of communication. It is nothing but the way to pass your time and it gives no real purpose. It is only you make yourself feel better on expense of other. If you are working with the people who like to gossip, then just learn the trick of disengagement like keep you mouth shut and don\'t reply to their comments.
