As the job interview comes close. You just cannot wait untill the interview gets over and you are safely exit after interview. Don\'t rush on the final minutes of your interview.

During interview try to pay attention on themes introduced by the interviewer. This will help you to know what is important to the company and what kind of person they want to hire.

Now you have an additional information that you did not had before the interview. You need to find out the reason why they are looking for the person like you and how you can help them to achieve there goals. Winding up of interview is the best time to reinforce your value.

Almost every interviewer says, “Thats all i want to ask, do you have any questions to ask me?” It is important to ask questions, this shows your thoughtfulness, intelligence, and interest in the job.

Try not ask questions on salary, benefits, time-off, or dress code. Save such things for negotiation discussion. Avoid asking question about the details of the company , that shows you don't have any knowledge about the company.

If the interview has not been addressed it, ask about the department in which you will be working. Ask about the tenure and the typical career path. You can follow-up, that how your career goals are appropriate with the path.

Ask the interviewer what is the biggest challenge he feels you will face on the job. This the best way to explain how you will handle such challenge.

You should know all the steps related to interview. For example, is there any second round? A test? Find out when they want you to take the decision.

Ask the interviewer for a business card. Give a warm smile and a firm hand shake with the interviewer while making eye contact. Thank her for every opportunity. Be transparent and tell her you enjoyed the interview and would like to work with them.

As the interview is completed send a professionally formatted thankyou letter to the interviewer. For this purpose taking business card is important. Usually all the candidates does not have this habbit. This can be a way to seperate you from the other candidates.
