3.Use cheering words:

An optimistic person uses the word upbeat and pessimistic person will use the word upsetting.

4.Have an upbeat attitude:

The best way to become optimistic is to focus on solution instead of your problems.Whenever difficulty comes up,immediately find solutions and put them into practice.You get one thought at a time,if you think about the solution.You will not think about problems, complaining or blaming.

5.Be an outstanding role model:

Recognize the time when you were a role to someone.In case you helped someone,that means you helped yourself also.If you play an adorable role for employees, co-workers, family and friends that means you build yourself .

By using these five techniques anyone can become an optimistic person.The moment you use these techniques you will feel some burden on your shoulders.But later you feel positive and confident.You just need to give few minutes to put these techniques into action.
