Issues with the co-workers,should be solved among them only.
At times issues come up,in the form of gossip.At that time the director is shocked,why the workers are gossiping about those issues again.Because according to him that issue was resolved.Why staff member enjoy spreading such information?They don't think how they communicate and how it affects their professional life?
Being a director,you can see the damaging issues and conflicts that are not resolved.Sometimes staff members are not aware of major role in team morale,this is one reason.Another reason,that issues are not resolved because the staff members don\'t know how to approach the person in positive and comfortable manner.
So what should a director do?
To resolve the issue is not an easy task for the director also.So start a conversation among staff and try to take out the realities about what had happened,when that issue took place.Discuss about the impact and see how an individual feels.Encourage them to think about waste of time and how the gossips affect their mind negatively.
When the next staff meeting takes place,let your staff members practice the formula for resolving issues.Director must include proper steps to resolve the issue positively and directly.
