Guiding The Ways To Write Technical Resume
In every resume there are two important sections:the skills section and the professional section.This article will teach us about some recommendation and tips to write the resume.
Skills section
Make sure you have a skills section in your resume.In this section,you should include languages you know,products and things you experienced.And for every item describe the degree of knowledge you have learnt or used .For example:Proefficiency with c++, lisp and corba.
Always remember to include all variants of such words within your skills section.Because the placement agencies use such software that automatically scans skills or keywords from your resume as per the client requirements.
For example if a company wants a web developer they may search the resume for keyword HTML.Therefore keyword is important as well as advantagous for the candidates.
Professional section
In this section you list your previous work experience.List you job in reverse order i.e; starting with your current job.Try to display the position which you list like how you got progress and shifted into position with responsibilities.
Skip the professional experience which is not needed for the position you are applying.No need to write about the project that you have done 10 years ago.Give importance to the jobs and projects that are related to the position you are applying for.
If you are a graduate or have some professional experience.List your education qualification first. And focus on all relevant course work, projects that you have done.
