Say NO – Feel Relaxed


Saying NO is most important productivity tool. Prepare yourself for the situation / occasions where you have to say NO. You will definitely enjoy this process. So let’s find out how this change happens.

1. You are doing a favour by saying NO to everyone
It is beneficial for the person when you say NO. Because by saying NO, the person gets the opportunity to get their job done by someone else and helps to avoid negative feelings about that person.

2. Think of alternatives of saying NO

  • You will curse yourself for accepting the task.
  • You will not perform the job well.
  • You start hating that person.
  • That person will hate you for not performing the job well.
