Objectives Of Training Analysis


In order to identify training goals, training analysis is conducted. This analysis is done in areas of knowledge and skills that need training to accomplish with learners because such learners can fulfil the organizational goals.

It also identifies, when such training should happen and who should be the learners. This is established for final estimation to conduct training and to check that training goals are met or not.

Most probably training is require for a variety of reasons, there are usually of two categories:

1. Training with the purpose to fill performance gap as it is identified during the management process.

2. Another category is training to fill a growth gap. This means the person should be promoted or should be able to fill open position available in the organization.
