Coordinate yourself

Take time off for yourself
Make a list of the things you like most, but don't do those things regularly. Make the list in priority order and enter first five or six items into your daily calendar. Your list may contain the things like reading books, yoga, writing journals, etc. You will get success if you give proper time for these items.

Keep attached with supportive community
You should spend time with the people, who always support you in any condition. Solve your queries quickly and do not complain. Anything is possible if you get good support.

Think before you say YES
Always think before you say yes to anyone for anything. If someone else suggests something you ought to do, then you take a breath and ask yourself whether you want to do it or not. If not, then just say NO. That means you are saying yes to yourself. It will give you space for doing your things and you will feel happy.

Hit the gym while working
If you are working for long hours you don't get time to hit gyms. If you stay near by, then you can come and go back walking, that will be a form of exercise for you.
