Every organization works on ideas and experience of various people. You can create a teamwork culture by doing few things correct. Though they are hard things, but appreciating value and commitments create teamwork in an organization.

  • Expectations required for teamwork and collaboration are communicated clearly by the executive leaders: One person does not handle the entire process by himself. People work on processes to complete a given work. The person who is in charge of the work process should be open to others contributing their ideas and inputs.

  • Teamwork is appreciated and rewarded: High performance by an individual is less valued than a person who achieves results with teamwork. Compensations, bonuses and rewards are given to collaborative practices as compared to individual contribution.

  • Important stories emphasize teamwork when the people discuss within the company: The people are promoted within the company, by giving their best performance and making a stronger team.
