7.A recruiter gives priority to the companies that pay him commission .If the company ordered budget cut or they are suffering from management crises he is not going to tell you the real reason, he will just say that the position you want is on hold.
8. The recruiter does not disclose the amount of salary to the candidate. He always tries to pull down the salary range because their commission is based on your salary.
