Today, we have the two major seas of forces in the industry – the companies and the candidates. We, as HR professionals work towards identifying the right resources with the perfect profile for the job, a major challenge faced by every company and every industry across the globe.

Established in May, 2006, Confluence Placements & HR Works is a steadily growing organisation, with the aim of working as a multi-functional & multi-level organisation. The company aims to be a one-stop-shop to meet two of the major recruitment needs - Executive Search and Career Training for all industries.

We strictly follow the three golden rules of success – “Quality, Time & Relationship Building”. This is one of the single reason for our success. Although we are a growing organization amongst the sea of recruitment concerns, we have managed to tie-up with a number of highly recognised companies in the country across multiple sectors.
