- Providing guidance and direction to the team working on optimization of the existing products / new product design

- Implementing innovative ideas and Value Engineering Projects

- Manage the group compressor standardization competence team

- Monitoring of project schedules and ensuring on-time , in full delivery to customers

- Ensure growth of business by introduction/development of new competencies / engineering services which can be offered to Atlas Copco group companies

- Define strategies for Industrial Air Division to grow business and to increase customer share

- Closely liaison with the Division and manage close relationships with customers
