· Education : PMIR/ MSW/ MPM/ MBA – HR

· Experience : 5 – 9 yrs

· Age: 29 – 35 yrs·

· Essential: Manufacturing Industry exposure / worked in IR set-up preferred
· Language & location: no preference / however Marathi speaking is an added advantage

Candidate should have exposure in handling Union Matters, specially
participated hands on for 1 wage negotiation/settlement.
