Candidates should have exposure in all the areas of HR such as Talent acquisition & retention,Talent Development, Compensation & Benefit Administration.

Responsibilities:
Should be able to handle end-to-end HR activities at a national level. This would include:
-Recruiting and manpower planning
-Performance management and improvement systems
-Employee orientation, development and training
-Compensation and benefits administration
-Develop and maintain human resource databases, computer software systems and manual filing system
-Develop and recommend procedural improvements
-Co-ordinating with Headquarters for all activities
