Cisco Systems is expanding its HR Leadership team at India (Globalisation Center East) by bringing in a few seasoned Human Resources professionals for critical senior roles.

A Senior HR Manager partners with a specific Cisco organization unit and is responsible for HR strategies, programs, policies and practices to enable the desired business results. The job involves advanced engagement, planning, negotiation and delivery skills for key HR programs and solutions, for the client organization.

As senior human resouces partner, you will be expected to interpret policies to help organizations operate effectively within guidelines.

These roles will have significant linkage with HR\\\\\\\'s ability to achieve strategic goals, and on the future success of the function/ geography, and potentially Cisco overall.

Other job function expectations will include: executive level engagement, driving change, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, ongoing business partnering and advisory roles, operational management and HR dashboard & metrics.
