Candidate should be a Chartered with atleast 1-3 yrs of prior experiance in the same field. Preferably from real estate industry. Knowledge of ERP software would be an added advantage. Reporting to AGM - Finance.Should have excellent exposure in working on balancesheet, liasioning with banks and knowledge of TDS, WCT.

Dealing with banks, bills processing, ledger scruitiny, trial balance,P&L, Balance sheet.Reconcilliation and liasioning with banks & parties.TDS deduction, filling of TDS returns,WCT deduction.
Monthly preparation of liability &profitability.
