Job Description:

The Project Planner works with Project Manager to develop, maintain and analyze project schedules, prepare monthly progress reports, resource loading and forecasting reports.

Areas of Accountability:

· Develop level four project schedules using WBS and resource loading in Microsoft Project or Primavera software

· Maintain project Schedules by collecting progress data, updating schedules, developing and implementing status report showing % complete.

· Apply critical path methodology to develop schedules and complete project planning

· Providing Resource Requirements to the project execution team using current scheduling techniques and through histograms and ‘S’ Curves

· Analyze budget by WBS, earned value and performance factors to provide accurate and timely forecasting on project execution status to the Project Manager.
