Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• A proven consulting/functional professional, with at least 3+ full lifecycle SAP R/3 HR/Payroll implementations AND 3 - 5 years of large scale consulting experience.
• Adept at designing HR processes and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high talent team.
• Extremely knowledgeable of critical HR components such as Payroll, Benefits, and Time management processing.
• A proven resource in defining and leading systems strategy, developing systems requirements, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career and HR process capabilities.
• Able to proactively collaborate with clients, identify innovative approaches, and have a strong desire to excel.
• At least 3 - 5 years of external consulting experience in the SAP space, with depth in implementing and configuring various SAP HR applications: Primarily Personnel Administration, Payroll Processing, Benefits Administration, Time Management, Interface/Conversion Development.
• Some SAP technical expertise in the areas of ABAP, CTS, Batch monitoring is desirable.
• Experience in leading Master Data Design and Functional development effort (Interfaces/Conversions) is a plus.
• Proven skills as an integral team member/lead on at least two full cycle implementations.
• The ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English(spoken and written)
• A Bachelors and/or Masters degree
